For one of the restaurant chains we produced flakes of entrecote, we refined the raw material, thickness and packaging method. After some time, we got to know the production process of our recipient and together we decided that during our production process we would add the marinade that the recipient added in their plant.
The change gave the customer savings of about 25% (savings on personnel, finances, lower production losses, shortened preparation time). For another recipient, we refined the composition of the preserve, improving the taste and cost of production, this resulted in an increase in turnover by 20% and a margin of 70%, we have more such examples.
